Dr. Amir Kfir

Dr. Amir Kfir is an organizational consultant and management change leader who works regularly in over 40 countries. His global experiences have led him to gain a deep understanding of cultural and business diversity. Years ago and ever since, YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization- HERE) invited and commissioned Amir to develop unique chapter development programs all over the world, which has been doing successfully ever since. Gideon Shaanan

Gideon Shaanan has been working with and contributing to Amirror since its establishment and with Dr. Amir Kfir years before that. Gideon brings his considerable experience as an executive and an entrepreneur to help lead organizational change processes with client companies and cement them into actions. Gideon works with Amirror as well as other organizations, for profit and not-for-profit. He works globally and is based in Los Altos, California. See Gideon’s full bio – HERE.

Amotz Krugliak

During his professional carrier, Amotz has acquired a reach and diverse experience and expertise. His managerial and consultancy experience over the last 20 years spans a vast array of industries, such as telecommunication, manufacturing, hotels, health services, special attractions activities and professional broadcast.

Amos Rabin

Maria Gorodnichenko

Maria Gorodnichenko is an organizational consultant and HR professional. Maria holds B.A in International Relations and M.A in Organizational Behavior and Development from IDC Herzliya and speaks Russian, Ukrainian, English and Hebrew fluently. Maria is primarily responsible for Amirror projects in Eastern Europe (but not limited to), in particular, implementation of Nonflict forum in management, team problem-solving and coaching sessions with managers.  Having years of experience in Human Resources, Maria believes in bringing positive psychology principles into the workplace to enhance employee engagement, well-being and productivity. She is currently based in NYC, representing Amirror on the East Coast. 

Romina Stiglitz

Romina is a consultant in Amirror. She's currently a MA student for Organizational Behavior and Development at the IDC Herzlyia.

Romina speaks Spanish, English and Hebrew. She has work experience both from the start-up environment as well as in corporations. In Amirror, she is in charge of online projects. Her biggest motivation is the ability to help others, together with the ability to make things more efficient on the way.

Sasha Gold

Sasha is an Organizational Consultant, based in Tel Aviv. Originally from London, she has a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Leeds, an MA in Gender Studies from Tel Aviv University, and an MA in Organizational Behavior and Development from the IDC Herzliya. 

Bringing with her years of experience in group facilitation, teambuilding, and leadership development in the non-profit sector, Sasha is passionate about supporting organizational change through building powerful cultures of trust, facilitating challenging and courageous conversations, and creating space for personal and professional development. 

Natalia Sontu

Natalia Sontu is part of Amirrors´ Executive assistant team. She holds MBA and Ph.D. in the International Economic Relations from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. She brings with her consulting experience dealing with business companies and public authorities gained in the international projects financed/implemented by the World Bank, USAID, GIZ, etc. Natalia speaks Russian, Romanian, English, and Hebrew. She believes that efficiency can be increased at any stage of the company lifecycle. Natalia considers that families and companies have resemblance and face similar problems. She is a mother of 5 children.
