Dr. Amir Kfir is an organizational consultant and management change leader. For over 30 years he has been helping companies worldwide in organizational transformation and has been a leader in the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) forum methodology process. His global experiences have led him to gain a deep understanding of cultural and business diversity.
Amir is known for his methodology of Nonflict which he spoke about in a TED talk in 2017. He is also the author of Nonflict: The Art of Everyday Peacemaking in which he offers practical tools and exercises for dealing with conflict.

Founder & CEO
Dr. Amir Kfir, a global organizational consultant with over 35 years of experience, founded the Amirror Group in 2007 after working extensively with the Adizes Group for 18 years. Amir has operated in 40+ countries, collaborating with corporations of diverse sizes and industries, gaining profound insights into cultural nuances and business diversity.
Gil Kfir
Managing director
Gil is the Managing Director and a Consultant at Amirror Group. He manages the group’s operations, business development, and innovation initiatives. Gil is a facilitator of organizational development interventions for organizations, peer groups, and families.
Amotz Krugliak
Consultant
During his professional career, Amotz has acquired a wide reach and diverse experience and expertise. His managerial and consultancy experience over the last 20 years spans a vast array of industries, such as telecommunication, manufacturing, hotels, health services, special attractions activities, and professional broadcast.
